Expected Behavior
Respectful communication
Express ideas clearly and kindly. Disagree with ideas, not people. Use inclusive language that makes everyone feel welcome.
Constructive collaboration
Offer feedback that helps others grow. Assume good intent and work together toward shared goals.
No harassment or discrimination
Treat everyone with dignity. Do not target individuals or groups based on identity, background, or beliefs.
Reporting responsibility
If you see something harmful, say something. Reporting helps us keep the community safe for everyone.
Unacceptable Behavior
Harassment
Repeated unwanted contact, threats, or intimidation in any form.
Discrimination
Targeting or excluding individuals based on protected characteristics.
Threats or intimidation
Language or behavior that creates fear, coercion, or hostility.
Sexual misconduct
Unwelcome advances, comments, or content of a sexual nature in professional spaces.
Disruption or stalking
Persistent unwanted attention, surveillance, or deliberate interference with events or work.
Consequences
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in one or more of the following actions, depending on severity and context:
- Formal warning
- Temporary access restriction
- Removal from platform or events
- Permanent suspension
Report an Issue
If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, we encourage you to report it. All reports are handled with confidentiality and care.
Anonymous reporting
Submit reports without revealing your identity if preferred.
Confidential handling
Your report is shared only with those directly involved in resolution.
No retaliation
We prohibit any form of retaliation against those who report in good faith.

All reports are handled confidentially and reviewed by the UXinsight team.
