Account and contact details you provide, product usage and telemetry, and behavioral / experience signals collected by our SDKs on your authorization.

To operate the platform, generate AI insights, improve our models, secure the service, and communicate with you about your account and product updates.

3. Legal bases

Contract performance, your consent where required, legitimate interests in providing and improving an enterprise SaaS service, and legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We share data with vetted sub-processors (cloud hosting, analytics, support tooling) under strict data processing agreements. We never sell personal data.

5. Retention

We keep data only as long as required to deliver the service and meet legal obligations. Customers can request deletion at any time.

6. Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logging, and continuous monitoring. EU and TR data residency available on Enterprise plans.
