These Terms govern your access to and use of UXInsight's website, platform and related services. By using UXInsight you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
UXInsight provides an AI Experience Intelligence Platform unifying UX and CX signals into decision-ready insights.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials.
3. Acceptable use
No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use. No reverse engineering, scraping, or attempts to disrupt service integrity.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the service.
5. Fees
Commercial terms, fees and billing cycles are defined in the order form or contract signed with UXInsight.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties protect each other's confidential information with the same care used for their own.
7. Warranties & liability
Service is provided as described in the contract. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate per the contract. On termination, customer data is exported or deleted as agreed.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
